A cycle of worry leaves you feeling dense, keeps you stagnant, chained, locked in a hell of your own making. We say if you are noticing that worry has encapsulated you, has taken over your moment, your day, and you cannot relieve this suffering, or have not come up with solutions for what your worry brings you, then ask for help. Help can come guided by your doing, yet solutions come when
worry is not so ever present. We ask that you notice when worry lives in you, so you can put it in your hand like a cloud and blow worry away. We promise you can do this and we promise you will feel better. Guidance Message week of 7.27.20
